7. The roundness of the pipe is super poor
Adjust the angle of the nozzle in the vacuum sizer and spray box to make the pipe cooling evenly; check the water level height and water pressure gauge pressure in the vacuum sizer and spray box to make the spraying volume large and powerful; check the water temperature in the vacuum sizer and spray box. If the temperature is higher than 35℃, it should be equipped with cooling water system or add spray cooling box. Check the water circuit and clean the filter. Adjust the flow; check and correct the radius of the inner hole of the sizing sleeve; adjust the conduit clamping device to correct the ovalness of the pipe.
8. The wall thickness of the tube is not uniform.
Adjust the wall thickness on the mold; adjust the angle of the nozzle in the vacuum shaping machine and spray box to make the tube cool evenly; adjust the water out of the shaping set to make the water out evenly; remove the mold, check whether the screws in the mold are loose and retighten them.
9. The plasticizing temperature is too high
Adjust the process; adjust the heating temperature of the mold kernel, ventilate and cool down the inside of the mold; screw shear heat is too high, replace the screw.
10. Plastic pipe production equipment cutting distance length is not accurate, how to do?
Check whether the gauge wheel is pressed; check whether the gauge wheel is swinging, tighten the fixing bolts of the gauge wheel frame; check whether the cutting machine travel switch is damaged; check whether the rotary encoder is damaged; whether the rotary encoder wiring is desoldered (whether the aerial connector seat is in good contact); each independent shell (polyethylene terminal) should lead its ground wire to the total grounding point for reliable grounding, and the grounding point should meet the electrical grounding requirements The grounding stakes. Each independent shell (polyethylene terminal) in series does not allow grounding, otherwise it will introduce interference pulse, resulting in inaccurate cutting length.
11. Coextrusion marking strip problem
The proliferation of co-extruded marking strips: generally caused by improper selection of co-extruded materials used by the user, special materials such as polyethylene should be used, and the temperature of the extruded section can be reduced if necessary.
