The ZK-300/400 compression moulding machine produced by our factory is a general-purpose automatic continuous compression moulding machine, which is a unit integrating: feeding - plasticizing and heating - moulding - cooling and cutting. The machine is mainly used for pressing and moulding thin rolls of polyvinyl chloride (PVC), polystyrene (PS) and polypropylene (PP); by changing different moulds, it can process PVC, PE, PET, PP, PS and other sheet materials into plastic products such as seedling trays and packaging boxes with corresponding specifications.

The machine is mainly designed and produced according to the working principle of hot pressing equipment, the operation process: sheet release - feeding - heating - pressing - pressing - forming - slitting and other steps, the appearance is neat and generous and practical. The table plate processing is all processed by machining centre to ensure the accuracy of all hole sizes, the columns and shawls are hard chrome plated and quenched on the outside to ensure sliding and wear resistance, the machine system is edited into two parts, manual and automatic, in the manual case all actions can be operated singly.
