The ZK-300/400 compression moulding machine produced by our factory is a general-purpose automatic continuous compression moulding machine, which is a unit integrating: feeding - plasticizing and heating - moulding - cooling and cutting. It is mainly suitable for the press molding of PVC, PS, PP and other rolls and sheets; by changing different moulds, it can process PVC, PE, PET, PP, PS and other sheets into plastic products such as seedling trays and packaging boxes with corresponding specifications.

Structural features
1、The machine adopts the combination of hydraulic, mechanical and electrical equipment to realize the automatic continuous work of feeding, forming and pressing, and can realize the adjustment of each program action during the working process without stopping, with the degree of automation, high production efficiency and easy to learn operation.
2、Adopt PLC setting program, touch screen (text) man-machine interface operation, automatic and manual conversion adjustment, easy to operate, safe and reliable.
3、The special chain with pawl type is adopted to convey the sheet, which can be suitable for all kinds of concave and convex moulds, and the work is stable and reliable.
4、Plasticizing heater is using far-infrared ceramic heating body and solid-state relay for point-type heating control; at the same time, using the temperature controller thermostat setting, can play a double-control insulation heating effect. Note: There are two heating methods available for our equipment, <1> single-sided (upper) heating, <2> double-sided (upper and lower) heating. Maximum heating power: 9 kW for the upper heater and 6 kW for the lower heater. After the equipment is heated up normally and kept at a constant temperature, the power consumption can be reduced by more than 40%.
5、Feeding guide: It is made of high quality aluminium alloy, which has the advantages of high strength and high temperature resistance without deformation. It is equipped with cooling water channel inside, so that it is not easy to damage the material in the process of feeding, and has good effect of cooling and fast shaping of the product.
