It is a continuous production machine that integrates material loading --- plasticizing and heating --- mould closing --- cooling, edge cutting --- hydraulic punching --- automatic cutting. It can mould PVC, PE, PET, PP, PS and other materials.

ZK series forming machine features.

1. PLC setting program, touch screen (text) man-machine interface operation, automatic and manual conversion and adjustment, easy to operate, safe and reliable.

2. The feeding part adopts imported (domestic) servo drive motor, no inertia, accurate feeding size.

3. Plasticizing heater is using far-infrared ceramic heating body and solid-state relay for point-type heating control; at the same time, using the temperature controller thermostat setting, can play the effect of double control insulation heating. Note: There are two types of heating methods available for our equipment, <1> single-sided (upper) heating. Maximum heating power: 10 kW on the heater. The power consumption can be reduced by more than 40% after the equipment is normally heated up and kept at a constant temperature.

4. Feeding guide: Our factory uses high quality aluminium alloy, which has the advantages of high strength and high temperature resistance without deformation. It is equipped with cooling water channel inside, so that it is not easy to damage the material in the process of feeding, and plays a good product cooling and fast shaping effect.

5. There is a manual adjustment switch, so you can adjust any part of the machine and test the mould without changing the procedure of adjusting the main machine, which saves the time of test mould and plays a safety protection role in the process of debugging.
